He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lewis and Gwendolyn Marie Murray; and his brother Joseph. He is survived by: his siblings, Judith Stewart (late Wayne), James, Jeany Burkhart (Ron), Jacky Izadi (Said) and Jeffrey; and his children, Katie Robinson, Susan Martin and David Murray.
