She is survived by: her husband Frederick; her children, Ruth Tyszka (David Christensen) and Benjamin Tyszka (Laura); her grandchildren, Leo, Jesse and Gus; her stepgrandsons, Samuel, Benjamin (Julia) and Matthew (Dana); and her nieces and nephews, Terri (Jon), Robert (Bethe), Richard, Andrew (Sarah), Jennifer (Jeff), Victoria (Rosendo), Aleks (Catherine), Adam (Corey), Steven, Jordan (Katie), Lydia, Aaron (Lynn) and Jason.
