He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Lax; his children, Michael Lax (Yvonne) and Cindy Lewan (Mark); his grandchildren, Tara, Derek (Kelley), Mariah, Brianna, Zachary (Krissie), Nicholas (Kassie) and Joshua; and his great grandchildren, Kierian, Zinnalee and Arden.
