He is survived by: his wife Thelma; his children, Angie Durst (late David) and Marlaina Forgash (Mike); his brothers, Larry Burgin (Sandy), Don, Harold and Bobby; his sister-in-law Mary; his grandchildren, Dustin, Matthew, Brandy and Kevin; and his great grandchildren, Brandon, Bryce, Kaylee and Lucy.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Church.
