He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Huggins and Mary Huggins. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl L. Huggins; his child Kelley C. Huggins; his grandsons, Drew Huggins (Haley) and Joe Huggins; his brother David Huggins (Linda); and his sister-in-law Barbara Anderson (Robert). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
