She was predeceased by: her husband James Smith; her parents, Dean Adams and Marie Adams; and her brother Barry Adams (Lisa). She is survived by: her sons, Michael Smith, Gary Smith and Charles Smith (Kathy); her grandchildren, Michael, David, Matt, Bradley and Katey; her great grandchildren, Colet, Sasha, Miles, Josie and Kepler; her sibling Dean Adams (late Mary); and her cousin Susan Bartle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
