He was predeceased by: his wife Irene Collom; and his brothers, Steve Collom and Bobby Collom. He is survived by: his children, Todd Collom (Christine) and Kelli Garrett (David); his stepson Garry Sherman (Kim); his grandchildren, Rio, Aurora, Shane, Cory, Kevin, Jake and Maddie; his great grandchildren, Kennedy and Hudson; and his siblings, Claudia Eisenberg (Phil) and Jean Collom.

Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
