The memory of Larry D. Cottrell of Waterford, Michigan, who passed away on April 22, 2024 at the age of 84, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by : his wife Sharon; and his parents, Lester Cottrell and Letha Cottrell. He is survived by : his sons, David Cottrell (Mary), James Cottrell (Pomalu) and Paul Cottrell (Deborah); his grandchildren, Heather Fischer (Jacob), Michelle Starick (Casey), Carlee Lindman (Graham), Noah Cottrell and Aaron Cottrell; his great grandchildren, Connor Starick, Zachary Starick and Harvey Fischer; his siblings, Glenn Cottrell and Lynn Brown; his family Thomas Schaefer (Barb); his grandchildren, Thomas Jr. Schaefer (Kerry) and Brooke Donnay (David); his great grandchildren, Heidi Schaefer, Holly Schaefer, Isabella Donnay, Ellaina Donnay and Josefina Donnay; and his friend Patricia Zycynski.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lewis E. Wint and Son Funeral Home (5929 S Main St, City of the Village of Clarkston, MI 48346). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
