Lois Carol Smith Obituary
We announce the death of Lois Carol Smith of Waterford, Michigan, who passed away on July 13, 2026, at the age of 87. Lois will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Frank William Smith; her parents, Jerry Miller and Eunice Miller; and her siblings, Eloise York, Emogene Head, Ina Faye Poole, Homer Wendell Miller and Forrest Miller.
She is survived by: her daughters, Margaret McCarthy (Stephen) and Yvonne Johnson; and her grandchildren, Maria, Michael (Sara) and Meghan McCarthy. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association in honor of Lois's memory.
