It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine T. Newkirk of Waterford, Michigan, who passed away on September 12, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick; her parents, Earl Hensel and Louise Hensel; her siblings, Constance John (late David) and David Hensel (Vivian); and her grandchild Baby Jason.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Joseph (Tim), Pamela Thomas (late Vince) and Michael Newkirk (Taylor); her grandchildren, Colin, Kara, Tonya (Jake), Kalsea (Scotty), Breanne, Alec, Abbey, Mia, Eston and Macie; and her great grandchildren, Madelyn, Troy, Brinleigh and Leo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
