She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Radford; her parents, Lester Forgy and Ruth Forgy; and her sister Mary Lee Kosydar. She is survived by: her children, David Radford, Scott Radford (Barbara), Karen Kirchner (Brian) and Mark Radford (late Carole); her grandchildren, Brian Thomason, Drew Kirchner, Adam Kirchner, Chaseton Radford and Channing Radford; her great grandchildren, Nathan, Kendall, Audrina, Sawyer, Emerson, Avery and Gordon; and her niece Jane.
