He is survived by: his mother Linda Carol Cloutier (Guy) of Elizabethton, Tennessee.; his wife Stephanie; his daughter Chloe; his brother Mark Cloutier (Gina) of Grand Blanc, Michigan; his parent-in-law Marty Forbus; and his brother-in-law Scott Forbus. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorial donations can be made in Matt's name to Midwest Small Breed Animal Rescue.
