He is survived by: his mother Donna Gugins (Franzel); his siblings, Charles Gugins (Gweneth), Sandra Roberts (Stanford), Donna Wall (Gary), Kimberly Kasic and Catherine Blevins (Terry); and his nieces and nephews, Dan Gugins (Amanda), Don Roberts, Dave Roberts (Donna), Jeff Roberts (Angel), Dennis Wall, Shelly Schloss (Chad), Nickie Gugins, Jerry Blevins, Jr., Jayson Blevins (Liz) and Jacob Blevins.
