He was predeceased by: his daughter Angelina; and his sister Carol. He is survived by: his wife Ellen; his son Dominic (Christopher Warnack); his grandchildren, Giacomo and Lucia; and his siblings, Bonnie (Doug), Jeff (Sandy), Thomas (Marnie), Rick (Martha) and Lynn (Larry). He is also survived by brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in Mike's honor to carry on his legacy of caring for the youth can be made to MCHS Family of Services Development Department, continuing the mission that Michael dedicated his life to fulfilling.
