She was predeceased by: her husband Jack L. Smith; her parents, Carl Minton and Christine Schwallier; and her siblings, Wilma Evans and Carl Minton.
She is survived by: her son Jack F. Smith (Jean); and her grandchildren, Kyle Smith (Amanda) and Kelsey Prawdzik (Justin). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
