He was predeceased by : his parents, Samuel and Lillian; his wife Mary Jo; and his grandson Paul. He is survived by : his children, Rebekah Campbell (Terry), David Bone and Paul Kirkendoll (Patricia); and his grandchildren, Nathan, Terri, Jennifer, Jonathan, Jordan, Eric, Elaina and Gabriel. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
