He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth Perry (Al) and Joyce Perry; and his wife Anne. He is survived by: his children, Ian Perry (Anne), Molly Fox (Bill), Emma Schulte (Kevin) and Meghan Perry; and his grandchildren, Ana Norton, Liam Norton, Mary Fox, Eleanore Fox, Quinn Perry and Brooke Schulte.

In tribute and if possible, the family requests donations to Michigan Parkinson's Foundation.
