He was predeceased by: his grandmother Myrtle Knisley. He is survived by: his child Cali Shay Bollman; his parents, Richard Bollman and Sheila Bollman; his siblings, Ryan Bollman and Justin Bollman (Nikki Hurst); and his nieces and nephews, Grace, Gemma Bollman, Michael and Avery Meston.
