He was predeceased by: his wife Christina Hickmott; and his parents, Clifford Hickmott and Violet Hickmott. He is survived by: his daughters, Kendra Kleine (Bill) and Amber Clark (Andy); his grandchildren, Koen and Reese Kleine; his sister-in-law Michelle Warnock; his nephews, Josh (Veronica) and Noah Warnock; and his girlfriend Sharon Dais. He is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.
