We are sad to announce that, on January 4, 2026, at the age of 88, Rita Mary Mayernik in Waterford, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mayernik and Mary Mayernik; her siblings, Margaret Graham, George Mayernik and John Mayernik; and her niece Michelle Mayernik-Nowak.
She is survived by: her siblings, JoAnn Mayernik (Randy Madding) and Joseph Mayernik (Molly); her siblings-in-law, Patricia Mayernik and Shirley Mayernik; and her nieces and nephews, Vaughan Graham, John Graham, Diane Graham-Caleja, Michael Mayernik, John Mayernik, Daniel Mayernik and Joseph Mayernik. She is also survived by many Great Nieces, Great Nephews, Great Great Niece and Great Great Nephew.
The family requests no flowers. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions may be made to St Jude Hospital or to Trinity Health Hospice.
