He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Keebaugh and Gladys Keebaugh; his in-laws, Robert and Twylah Kugler; and his brother-in-law Rick Kugler.
He is survived by: his wife Dodie Keebaugh; his children, Dustin Keebaugh (Lindsay), Brittany Childers (Eric), Alex Keebaugh (Kathy) and Zachary Keebaugh (Aimee); his grandchildren, Jax, Nash, Hudson, Watson, Scarlett, Adrianna and Beckett; his brother Alan Keebaugh (Lori); and his sisters-in-law, Shirla Kugler and Karen Kugler. He is also survived by nephews, great nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Children's Diabetes Foundation or The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
