She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Burgin; her son Robert Alan Van Kuren; and her great grandchild Da'Quarius. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Matney (John), Amy Van Kuren (Jeff Murray) and Robin Johnson (Jeff); her siblings, Candy Darr (Virgil), Roy Erickson and Toni Frolka (Chuck); her grandchildren, Heather, Brandie, Michael, Danielle, Amber, Kaitlyn and Darla; and her great grandchildren, Brandon, Z'miiah, Rain and Araya.
