Hall; her sons, Bill Hall and Coy Hall Jr. (Tamara); her grandchildren, Jackson, Lincoln, Liam and Kaylin; and her brothers, Bernard C. Spencer Jr., Timothy Spencer and Willard Spencer (Elaine). She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
