He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his children, Lisa Forsythe (Shawn), Jennifer DeBusk (Chad) and Dean Langohr; his grandchildren, Rosemarie (Josh), Jasmine, Dean, Savannah and Jamison; his great grandchildren, Joshua "Juice" and Raelynn; and his brother David. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
