He is survived by: his wife Lucille Laura Shively; his brother Richard Leroy Shively; his children, Charles Roy Shively, Kimberly Sue Borders (Gary), Heidi Marie Shively-Czlapinski (Brian) and Jolene Shively (Todd Gallup); his grandchildren, Christopher Maurice Rosenbarger (Josh), Ashley Nicole Melvin, Evan Allen Maves (Brittany), Joseph Anthony Woodhall (Mandy), Lauren Marie Maves, Daniel Robert Woodhall (Christie), Bianca Elizabeth Woodhall, Joshua Dakota Woodhall (Paige), Elizabeth Ashley Maves (Edmond Edwards), Ariel Paige Gallup (Zach King), Maurice Anthony Shively II, Todd Alan Gallup Jr., Madsion Michelle Czlapinski, Sydney Elizabeth Czlapinski, Brock Alan Michael Shively, Blake Ashton Marcell Shively and Marshall Alexander Czlapinski; his great grandchildren, Noah Alan Woodhall, Christian Alexander Woodhall, Kade Robert Woodhall, Jonah Anthony Woodhall, Brissa Nicole Melvin, Odette Raylan Woodhall, Gabriella Lucille Maves, Anastasia Rose Edwards, Dawson Anthony Maves, Willow Renee Maves, Chivani Maylynn Brunk and Quinlee Ann Woodhall; and his cousin Glenn M Hillhouse Jr..
