He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Howard and Esther Howard (Anthony). He is survived by: his wife Beth Ferguson Howard; his daughters, Kelly Howard and Megan Howard (Ian Jeffrey); his grandsons, Brantley and Brayden; his sister Alora Davis; and his nephews, Keith Davis and Kenneth Davis.
