He is survived by: his parents, Cheryl Lewis and William Lewis of Watervliet; his children, Brianna Combs, Ethan of Alabama and Nathan Combs of Alabama; and his sister Sarah Lewis (George Crest) of Riverside. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
