Catherine Nybro Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine Nybro of Watervliet, Michigan, born in Benton Harbor, Michigan, who passed away on January 27, 2026 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandfather Lake; her husband Ernest; her daughter Darcy Beezley; her parents, Everette Smith and Florence Smith (Wheeler); and her children-in-law, Rosetta Nybro and Dana Bahm.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara Bahm, Richard Nybro, Dennis Nybro and Donna Mundt (Robert); her grandchildren, Charlie DeGraaf (Connie), George Bahm (Jen), Rachel Bahm, Christopher Nybro, Lynda Nybro, Sara Skorupa (Scott), Robin Roush (Joe), Catherine Reifschneider (Wil), John Ostruszka (Heidi), James Ostruszka and Karen Gaum; and her son-in-law Tom Beezley.

Memorials may be made in Ramona's memory to Midway Baptist Church.
