She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Betts and Leslie Betts; and her husband George. She is survived by : her sons, Larry Joyner (Susan) of Watervliet and Cecil Joyner (Joyce Webster); and her grandchildren, Mike Joyner (Jan) of Watervliet, Connie Lamplot (David) of Coloma and Charlotte Morsaw (Joe) of Cassopolis. She is also survived by her numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the First Misionary Baptist Church of Coloma.
