She is survived by: her husband Paul; her children, Jeffery Khoshaba, Andrew Bytnar (Danielle Farley) and Jennifer Bytnar (Keith Martin); her siblings, Bill Stack (Collette), David Stack (Janet Hand) and Claudia Olszewski (Phil); her sister-in-law Debbie Stack; her grandson Michael Khoshaba; and her pet Luke. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
