He was predeceased by: his parents, Manfred Miller and Rosalie Miller (Hiler); his sister Debra Iliff; and his close friend Patti Miller. He is survived by: his daughter Amy Olmstead (Walter); his grandchildren, Amberley Olmstead and Judson Olmstead; his nieces and nephews, Benjamin Iliff (Amy), Beth Wheeler (Joseph), Daniel Iliff (Amanda) and Denise Fletcher (Joseph); and his brother-in-law Patrick Iliff.
