George Wesley Parlmer Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George Wesley Parlmer (Wayland, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 7, 2026 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Ellen Rose Parlmer; his son George Parlmer; and his siblings, Luella Rasho, Mary Beth Rasho and Peter Parlmer.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Parlmer, Thomas Parlmer (Chris), Gregory Parlmer (Robin Lynn), Bryan Parlmer, Anita Lahti (Ernest "Skip") and Anthony Salski. He is also survived by grandchildren; siblings; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In honor of George and in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of the UP.
