She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Belka and Gladys Belka; her son Jerry Lee; her siblings, Yvonne Pattock, Gary Belka and Larry Belka; her brother-in-law Tom Rybiski; and her nephew Gary Belka Jr..

She is survived by: her husband Dennis Misak; her son Robert (Beth); her sister Ladonna Rybiski; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Lou Belka, Diane Misak, Harry Pattock, Keith Salas and Gary Misak. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
