He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Larson and Elizabeth Larson; and his siblings, Elsie Claflin, Pete Larson and Terry Larson.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Larson; his sons, Joseph Larson Jr., Anthony Larson, Johan Larson, Andrew Larson and William Larson; his siblings, Karen Baker (Jim), Gary Larson and Joan McConnon; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Ford, Kenneth Ford Sr. and Thomas Ford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
