He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas Pugh (Dick) and Maud Rebecca Foulks Pugh; his wife Kathryn Watson; and his siblings, Thomas Pugh, Joseph Pugh, Joan Colleen Pugh Wheeler, Fay Jacques and Mary McCready.
He is survived by: his children, Rick (Debi), Bob (Julie), Andy (Lisa) and Kathy O'Bryan (Barry). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
