She is survived by: her significant other Kevin Wilson; her children, Haley Chant (Scottie), Lexi Souva (Brenden) and Andrew Chant (Kelsey); her grandchildren, Jax, Rowyn, Karson, Kayden and Peyton; and her brother Lenny Chant.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to any Cancer Foundation or the Mooseheart/Moosehaven Charities, reflecting Lisa's love for helping others.
