Mr. Noah "Wayne" Phillips, 74, passed away peacefully, holding the hand of his beloved wife, Opal, on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House. A memorial service will be held Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 11:00 am at Greene Funeral Home Downtown Chapel, 355 E. White... He is survived by his 3 daughters, Susan J Phillips-Young, Lori A Dacanay, and Michelle Marie Bagley.
