He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Barrett; his wife Wendy Ann Barrett; his sons, Austin and Cody; his siblings, Dawn Hubbard and Joe Barrett; his brothers-in-law, Michael Neil and Leo Wilson (Jessica); his nieces and nephews, Gregory, Kayla, Justin, Joanna, Joey, Lilly and Lucy; and his parents-in-law, Margaret Wilson and Leo Wilson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Scott's honor to Heart to Heart Hospice, who cared for him during his final days.
