He was predeceased by: his father Donald Endicott. He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Endicott; his son Jacob Endicott; his sister Pamela McFadden; his niece Jessica Prescott (Andrew); his nephews, Jeremy McFadden (Jessica), Zachery Jacobs and Steve Jacobs; his aunt Carol Theisen (Robert); and his friend Kevin Woodin. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, many cousins, and many close friends.
