She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Starkey and Carrie Starkey; her husband Preceding; her sister Farol; and her brother-in-law Wayne Williams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Berg (Frederick), Lucille Eisbrenner (Dale) and Marcell Romancky; her grandchildren, Frederick Berg II (Amy), Danielle Burkett (Nick), Klaus Eisbrenner (Chelsea), Andrea Eisbrenner and Ethon Eisbrenner (Mindy); her great grandchildren, Blake, McKenzie, Parker, Robert and Alaine Eisbrenner; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Romancky and Jack Myers. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, and friends.
