He is survived by: his children, Lynn Cotter of Weidman and Timothy Cotter of Mt. Pleasant; his granddaughter Eileen Cotter of Weidman; his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Brennan, Willow and Weston; his siblings, John "Jack" Cotter of Farwell, Tom Cotter (Laura) of Sparta and Mary Kay Price (Arnie) of Mt. Pleasant; and his sister-in-law Rhonda Goodall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
