He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hickman (McWhorter); his sister Margo Kauffman (Kent) of Middlebury, IN.; his children, Buck Hickman (Marissa) of Allegan, MI, Cam Leitz of St. Joe, MI, Danielle Merriman (Ken) of Columbia City, IN, Sherrena Beer (Sam) of Leesburg, IN and Heather German (Lance) of Leesburg, IN.; and his grandchildren, Kaytlin, Lucas, Ethan, Wyatt, Bryona, Abby, Brooklin, Hudson, Delaney, Waylon and Hope.
