She was predeceased by: her parents, John Garlets and Halcyon Garlets (McKenzie); her boyfriend Franklin Mobley; and her siblings, Jean Luhtanen and John Milton Garlets.
She is survived by: her daughter Amy Woods (Quesenberry); her stepdaughter Jamie Armstrong (Kevin); her siblings, Jane Leveque, Karen Bosman and Nathan Garlets; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Garlets. She is also survived by children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
