She is survived by: her children, Dr. Randall Jacobs (Patty), Pamela Freed (Ari), Lisbeth Bulmash (Mark) and Leslye Jacobs; her sister Nancy Tuttleman (late Robert); her sisters-in-law, Shirlee Katz (late Herbert) and Nancy Korby (late Albert); her grandchildren, Evan Freed (Emily), Derek Freed, Ashlee Burton (James), Matthew Jacobs, Brooke and Grant Bulmash; and her caregivers, Juliet Grace, Lystra Grace and Elizabeth King. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM.
