She was predeceased by: her brother Larry Kronen (Irene); and her parents, Lou Kronen and Belle Kronen. She is survived by: her husband Harvey Hauer; her daughter Nicole Snover (Mark); and her granddaughter Stephanie Snover. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

“Mrs. Hauer taught in my school beth jacob years ago and was my teacher. She was loved by all of her students! We absolutely adored her and she was the real deal! She taught in such a fun way and we actually learned from her. She had great stories - we shmoozed a lot too. Every one only had good things to say about her. I must say she was probably one of the nicest teachers in our school! She left an impression and will be missed. Signed, a student in the late 70’s, early 80’s”
