He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack King Yee and Tia Wong Yee; his sons, Gary Yee (Kathleen) and Derek Yee; his grandchildren, Landon and Aria Yee; his siblings, Jack Yee (MaryAnn) and May Yee; and his siblings' children, Lauren Stieler (Brian) and Jason Yee (Meghan).
