Eileen Hoberman Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eileen Hoberman of West Bloomfield, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 22, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Paul Hoberman; her children, Fern Kepes (Brian) and Steve Hoberman (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Lauren Rubin (Adam), Max Kepes (Carly), Heather Leopold (Brandon), Danielle Bieda (Levi) and Sarah Hoberman; her great grandchildren, Abraham Rubin, Wallace Rubin and Hannah Bieda; her siblings, Morrise Kent (Sandy) and Marion Wolfe (late Warren); and her mother Fannie. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and her dedicated caregivers.
A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Ira Kaufman Chapel (18325 W Nine Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48075). A reception was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, on Monday, May 26th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM and from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. A shiva was held on Monday, May 26th 2025 at the Home of Fern and Brian Kepes (4615 Pickering Rd, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48301).
