She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Surbrook and Marie Surbrook; her former husband Leonard; her children, Lynn Smith (Reese) and Pam Jacops (Randy); her grandchildren, Isabella Smith, Victor Smith, Fletcher Smith, Riley Jacops, Renee Jacops, Rachel Jacops, Remy Jacops, Rex Jacops, Rory Jacops, Roxy Jacops and Ryce Jacops; and her sisters, Barbara Surbrook and Carol Pitt.
