He was predeceased by: his wife Marti; and his parents, Harry Sr. Carter and Doris Carter. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Carter (Tammy) and Rebecca Carter-York (Frank); his grandchildren, Brooke Carter, Julianne Carter and Grady Carter; and his sisters, Marlene Hilburgh (Harvey) and Jane Holschuh (John). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
