She is survived by: her children, Dr. Phillip Levy (Denise), Dr. Howard Levy (Nina) and Barbara Coburn (Robert Medsker); her grandchildren, Nicholas Coburn (Kari), Lauren Levitt (Adam), Alexandra Katz Smith, Erica Levesque, Emily Levy, Tammi Anderson (Ric), Justin Levy (Michelle), Matt Levy (Amanda Ball) and Jess Levy; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Coburn, Aaron Coburn, Zach Levitt, Max Levy, Madison Levy, Eliana Levy, Danielle Katz, Adam Katz, Evan Katz, Dakota Smith, Sadie Anderson, Darby Anderson, Elsie Anderson, Maxine Levesque, Michael Levesque and Lillian Levesque.
